"I just wrote a very long and detailed reason about all of the VA 's HUGE ERRORS, INCOMPENTCIES RIGHT HERE ON THIS SITE ONCE I BEGAN LISTING ALL OF THE MANY, MANY PEOPLE I WOULD BE MAKING AWARE OF ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WITHIN THE VA MY PHONE WAS HACKED AND RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES IT BEGAN ERASING EVERYTHING. I KNOW THAT SOUNDS CRAZY AND CONSPIRATORIAL BUT IT HAPPENED AND I WILL BE FOLLOWING THROUGH TO INCLUDE THE HACKING AND ERASING OF EMBARRASSING FACTS REGARDING THE VA. As I watched my review being erased I attempted to quickly add to home screen and it is not there . IDK who did this but I will be including what happened in my many, many letters to everyone I mentioned in it. Shame on you. It's here somewhere."

"If you are struggling with mental health concerns, steer clear of any in or outpatient services. They overmedicated me (twice) to the point of giving me suicidal ideation and admitting myself. Request med management and therapy sessions through community care. (I recommend Banyan Treatment Centers) If you do have to go inpatient, make sure you aren't assigned to Alvin, the social worker. And good luck trying to get a hold of a patient advocate. I called 3 and not one of them returned my call. (See my detailed letter to Congressman Ezell on TikTok @ tinagreenlee988)"

"VA Biloxi is a great example of comprehensive veteran care. The nurses and doctors are great, friendly, professional and show true "southern hospitality" ...However, the administrative/front office people need to be re-trained in customer service (phone answering and response time) and record accuracy."

"Giving this a 3 star because I was just now assigned a primary care. I am transferring from another VAMC. I hope the medical service is more knowledgeable than the people who answer the phone. It took 4 calls intro the operator to finally get to the right person. The operation just does a blind transfer to whatever department, sit on hold only to find out it is the wrong department. The 4th call to the operator I asked to speak with the supervisor. She was no more knowledgeable than the operator. She tried to send me to the community care department. Good grief, what idiots that run the main line. Hopefully the patient care will be better."
