"I almost didn’t go here because of the reviews, but it was the most affordable choice. The staff was SO friendly, both the front desk and the NP. Our NP actually LISTENED to us, she didn’t make us feel rushed, and she explained everything and answered questions."

"My granddaughter usually knows when she has strep, she has been here each time and sure enough that’s what it was. 3 days ago she was there and had pus on her tonsils and he tested her and said it wasn’t strep and PROBABLY just something “viral”. He didn’t check for flu or anything else and told her “well you won’t have to take medicine for 8 days this time so you should be happy”. She was very upset and couldn’t sleep that night, the next morning we were at the Emergency room at 4 am the size of her tonsils had doubled along with the pus. The emergency room doctor said I can’t believe the urgent care doctor missed this one. He gave her a shot and medication to go home with and by that evening she was feeling much better. Needless to say Diberville urgent care will never have her business or my family’s again, everybody I know will know about this non-caring “doctor” and find another place to go."

"My family and I are currently moving from east coast to west coast and stopped in the area for the evening. My 5 year old fell sick. My husband took her here to be checked and they diagnosed her with a double ear infection and prescribed amoxicillin. The next day she was even worse so we took her to urgent care in Dallas Texas. Where they informed she DID NOT have an ear infection AT ALL. She texted positive for the flu. I would give 0 stars if I could."

"TERRIBLE! The rudest front desk person I have ever met. They don’t care about getting you seen. DO NOT GO HERE. They refused to see my BABY after I merely asked if they could bring him back quickly. Immediate attitude."
