"Nurse practitioners and the staff were ok. However, they sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy (a speciality pharmacy that makes IV solutions and such). When my pharmacy realized the mistake, they could not transfer one of my prescriptions because it was a controlled substance. Both the pharmacist and myself made multiple phone calls to the clinic explaining they’d sent the prescription to a place that DOESNT FILL NORMAL PRESCRIPTIONS. One hour later and I’m still waiting. Pharmacist called again and said it “sounded like they thought I was trying to scam them.”"
