"I went to see Dr. Crowder for a free wellness checkup that my insurance covers once a year. This was my first time seeing him as my previous doctor had retired. The first visit consisted of just talking. I was asked to come back the next day for lab work during which I did not see the doctor. I just had my blood drawn. Then I was called in a week later to review the blood work, to which he stated that I'm perfectly healthy. My insurance bill came in and I had been charged for three office visits and for all of the lab work! I called the office to ask them to adjust it, as it had already come out of my health savings account. They refused for weeks and got very rude with me over the phone. At one point the receptionist hung up the phone on me after telling me to find a new doctor. I'm in the process of filing an appeal with my insurance company. I'm posting this review to warn others that they bill incorrectly and the staff is very rude and unprofessional."

"I was scheduled today for lab work prior to my annual exam. When the technician called my name, I walked to the door and there to greet me was a beautiful lab named Pasley. She accompanied me to the room for my lab work and laid beside me as blood was drawn. I was assured everything would be fine by Pasley's presence. She stayed until the technician was finished. What a beautiful thing. Thank you Dr. Crowder and your team for such a kind way of making my visit comfortable."
