"I came in today December 15th 2023 just for an rsv test. I’ve been here since 3pm and it is now 6:18 and I’m yet to see my test results. I sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours finally got a test and was told it would be 15 min I’ve been waiting for more than an hour and 15 min since then and when I asked why it was taking so long and when they’ll be in to see me I was told “well she’s in another room right now” this is ridiculous to have someone who is very sick sitting for almost 4 hours with no answers to anything."

"This place is absolutely amazing. The staff was very welcoming and did there best to cheer me up. If laughter was a cure I would have been healed at check in. Lynn was smiling and comforting and just a positive energy."

"This place is amazing, and it is that way because of the people who work there. From Lynn and the rest of the front office folks all the way through checkout it is always smooth and easy. Dr. Montz is incredible. She really takes her time, listens to what my concerns are, and comes up with a plan of attack. She knows my history and helps me deal with whatever I have going on while taking into account the way I work and play. The clinic is two minutes from my business, and I love the ease of getting in and out. At a time when healthcare is really tough, these folks are doing it right with a smiling face!"

"Do NOT trust these people here. They are either liars or incompetent to what's going on at their OWN office. I checked in for a walk-in appointment this morning due to feeling like I had a fever and a headache. When I checked in at the front desk, I had both a blonde secretary and a brunette lab tech ADAMANTLY tell me before I saw the doctor how Flu and Covid tests were administered. They were VERY CLEAR that the way Covid tests were now handled is they barely swab the inside of the nose. BARELY. The blonde secretary even specified that "They used to stick it ALL the way up and touch the BRAIN -- but they don't do that anymore :)" After sitting down with the doctor and the nurse -- who are LITERALLY ten feet away from the secretary and lab tech that I spoke with, they checked my temperature -- no fever. Next, I had the nurse tell me I had to tilt my head ALL THE WAY BACK so they could stick the swab to the back of my nose! I'm sorry, what? I told her "I was informed that the swabs don't go far back anymore." She looked at me very confused and said that **I** was mistaken. HUH? I immediately walked out without getting ANY tests. These people here LIED to my FACE as they pocketed the money from my copay. If they're either that incompetent OR willing to do something like that over a Covid/Flu test, what else are they doing wrong or lying about?"

"Great experience. I called Magnolia Grove and they had over an hour wait…. So I called Long Beach and she said there was no wait. Drove over, was seen right away. Prescription called in. So smooth, I was very happy!"
