"This is the BEST places to have an eye exam done. The staff is so polite and explain things to the best of their ability. They are all so very nice. The doctors explain things and help you understand the eye exam and any procedures that you need. Sometimes there is a wait but when you go to the back the doctors and technicians are friendly and do not rush you out of the room. Dr.Fawer is a wonderful Dr. for kids. She takes her time and is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this office. I have the best experiences with everyone there. Although they do not take every insurance you should call and see if they are on yours and schedule an appointment with them!!! I have spoken with many people and all have had great experiences with Northlake Eye Center. This is the place to go."
