"the lobby is clean but when we went into the exam room there is dried up blood and what looks like mucus on the floor…definitely wasn’t cleaned in between patients. the vets and techs are nice and all but that doesn’t make up for the fact that the room my dog and i have been sitting in for the past hour is gross. my dog has a lot of anxiety when it comes to the vet so waiting an hour for a heartworm test and shot seems a little crazy to me."

"They always take great care of my fur babies (2 cats). They are our regular vet, but we have also used them for emergency (during business hours,thankfully) and we have kenneled there as well. I can’t say enough great things. All the staff from front desk to doctors really care and make us feel like family. When we had an emergency they kept me calm and understood they are more than pets for us. When we kenneled for vacation, they have taken dietary needs seriously. I dropped off food with instructions and were happy to follow. Great rates too."
