She got to see the dr quickly and he listened and was concerned with what she had to say or had questions with. She said it was a great experience as far as doctor visits go and she was happy. "I’ve been a patient of Dr Butt for almost 20 years so I’ve had experience with this office before and after his connection with Ochsner . After the purchase the location was about the same until the personnel changes it has steadily gotten worse. I see Dr Butt every 3 months and have the first appointment every time. Last visit the receptionist was late getting there and opening the door, the nurse brought me to the exam room where I sat until 9:00 and hearing other patients being seen by the doctor. I then left without seeing Dr Butt. This office is steadily getting worse and I am now looking for another doctor. Sad when big corporations destroy a perfect medical practice"

"Dr. Butt is excellent and takes time to address every concern and makes sure you fully understand. Was able to get a same day virtual appointment which is a plus. Very caring, down to earth, and a sense of humor."

"Was able to get an appt for the next day, very convenient. Once I arrived, I let them know I was there via MyChart & waited in my car for less than 5 minutes before they called me in & brought me to a room. Answered some questions with the nurse, then just a few minutes later Ruthie Long came in & assessed me. She was patient & understanding & just overall very nice. I needed a PCP & I will definitely be back to see her if needed."

"After waiting an hour and a half, still no doctor in sight. At this point I had to leave, and was not refunded my copay. A complete waste of time and money, not to mention the inconvenience off taking off work. This is not a review of Dr. Butt...he has always been good, but he was unavailable on this day. The NP, Ms. Ruthie was the missing doctor. I won’t be going back to see her."
