"My appt. Was with Dr. Joliff. She is such a good, caring, and humble doctor and have an amazing tech. My issue was definitely toward the front office and the system. It was 3 hrs before having my test done, only to hear someone say they pretty much forgot I was still out there, which is UNACCEPTABLE, and when I was finally allowed to ask why, because the door is locked to patients and no front desk, I was rudely told "I don't work for her so I don't know what to tell you" instead of finding out who can. You have to call the office( which takes a while to get through) to get to the front desk even though you are sitting right there IN THE OFFICE or catch someone coming out, to get help. I have NEVER had to deal with a system like that and WILL not again. Other patients there said the same because they each had been waiting 1.5 to 2hrs for their appt. It's unfortunate that the doctor have to lose patients because of a bad system and unprofessional front end."

"Followup with Dr Joliff. Waited 30 min past my appointment time, she came in, and obviously couldn't remember who I was or what she did last time. All support staff was excellent."

"Very organized there.the front desk receptionist when you first enter the building was very polite and helpful. The assistant Erika for Dr John Vu was polite and quick on the draw,she really knows her job. Dr. Vu was polite, very knowledgeable, and showed concern. I felt comfortable!"

"I waited a month for an appointment and was a few minutes late because I went to the wrong building. I was told the Doctor said I had to reschedule my appointment because I was late. It was raining and I have difficulty walking. Countless times I have waited on Doctors in their waiting rooms patiently. I didn’t feel this was fair treatment for any patient."

"Register lady, Jennifer, was very kind. I could see compassion in her eyes over her mask. She was very thorough and thanked me for being there! Nurse, Niki M., was very informative and made me feel very calm. Even when she wasn't talking, just her being there kept me calm. I trust her and know that when she is my nurse, I am very well taken care of. Both these ladies deserve a huge congratulations. I feel they both went out of their way to make me feel special AND cared for."
