Watson Urology

"EXTREMELY COMPETENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and KIND! Dr. Watson was my Dad’s urologist. He took excellent care of my Dad’s urological health. Dad went through prostatitis and prostate cancer and Dr. Watson was always spot on with his diagnoses and appropriate treatments for Dad’s illnesses. Dr. Watson spends LOTS of time with his patients and truly cares for them! He explains things really well without talking down to the patient; often using drawings in his explanations. He would make an excellent teacher and we always tell him that! He is thorough in his examinations and often offers several solutions to his patient’s problems. I have been seeing him for several years myself with excellent results always. I often see him at his Ponchatoula office, but he can usually work me in at his other locations if need be. I don’t believe one can find a better urologist! You won’t be disappointed!!"

"I can only give this practice two stars. In my opinion, Dr. Watson is an excellent physician, but the practice is very poorly run. Thus far, I've had three appointments at this office. The 2nd and 3rd visits resulted in waits far beyond an hour. Today (3rd visit) I left the premises without seeing Dr. Watson. They had wasted so much of my time that I simply had to return to work. I also demanded a refund of my co-pay. I suppose that I'm finding a new Urologist....."
