Reviews
"Staff are very friendly and professional. We are always seen in a timely manner. This is definitely our go to clinic, especially after hours"
"I love Mrs Tara Estay. She makes sure she addresses all my concerns. Dana always gets back with me quickly when I leave a message."
"After feeling sick and symptomatic for a week or so, I called to schedule an appointment for a COVID test and possible work referral depending on the results. I was told there is a test shortage: understood, but was very rudely told that there was nothing at all they could do for me and that I needed to go somewhere else. Adults shouldn’t speak to other adults as if they’re children, and healthcare professionals should be exactly that, professional. Go to Fast Pace in Independence instead."
"Dr. Siddiqui, Farhan is one of the best doctors I've ever been to! I drive from livingston to Amite just to see him. He has a great character, cares from his patients, and is always attentive. I've been to many different physicians due to my neuropathy and my constant numbness and he really wants to help me get better. As for some of the other staff, they are exactly the opposite. These few nurses/ staff take no consideration for anything with any patient at any time. I've been treated so unfairly by the nurses/staff that I can't see how they get to work with the public. I have read the comments that others have posted here and they are pretty much saying the say thing. I hope this staff changes quickly because sooner later the cruel staff will start to hurt the Doctors In many different ways."
"The doctors are great- but the nurses are rude and have no common courtesy. They are NOT understanding. Oh and if youre 6 minutes late because of car trouble they will NOT see you. Even if you just drove all the way from Baton Rouge. They have a very strict 5 min rule. Very disappointed in the world we live in where doctors and nurses don't want to actually help people."
