"I keep giving this office more chances but I am at point that enough is enough. Awhile back my child was having trouble breathing she was so sick. When I called for appointment, they said they were instructed not to take any more appointments because they were short handed that day. When I finally spoke to nurse next day, they felt like it was my fault for not leaving message for their nurse because the nurse said she would have worked me in. When you call the nurse, she never answers and doesn’t always call back when leave message. I called and left message about child’s allergic reaction and a month later, we got a call from office of allergist about the referral. The nurse never called me about that. Now my child is having serious issues that’s a mystery. This office has accused my daughter of lying twice, not outright but in a round about way. And has made me to feel they didn’t believe me about her pain until I recorded one of her episodes and then they appeared to have some urgency. Now, to make appointment, you speak to someone off site. My daughter now, can’t keep down water or food and I tried to call and all I get is voicemail. They are not child centered and don’t listen. I am completely fed up. I will say that I really like Dr Harrell. She is the only reason I have stayed this long. But the office is absolutely horrible. They called me back other day to give me instructions before her GI appointment. I wasn’t sure what they meant so I asked a question to clarify. They laughed me and was like, no don’t starve her. And that isn’t what I meant so I clarified my question. It felt like I was being belittled. There is just no professionalism in this office, none at all. I could give other examples of lack of professionalism but I will stop here."

"This office is on their game. Sick appointments are easy to come by. Refills and prior authorizations are quickly submitted. My daughter had alot of allergy and ear infections this office with the help of an ENT recommended by McComb childrens got to the bottom of it and now she's thriving. Can't thank the staff enough for all they do"

"Brought my child here to get medical attention for rattling chest and extreme congestion. Knew it was probably what I had because my household had 2 confirmed cases of bronchitis. They refused to give antibiotics or a shot or anything and said it was just allergies. “They have done this before” later that night my child hit a 105 fever and had a seizure. Needless to say these “doctors” here know nothing and this place should be shut down."

"We met with a Nurse Practitioner, Nicole Hutson Simone. When we came to the appointment, and after we spoke with Ms. Simone, we explained our situation. We came to this clinic, finally after trying several different numbers, to get a referral that we could take to our son's school, for speech therapy services. I explained the whole story to the Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Simone. The entire time we met with her, she had an attitude that she did not care what our situation was, did not listen well at all to us explaining our situation, and finally, I had to ask at least 4 times for a referral note. She finally gave us a note, with a few words written on it (in code), which would be of no help to us. Ms. Simone told us things that were not true and ended up giving us a referral to another doctor about an hour away from us, and a speech therapist also far away. Not only were we treated rudely by Ms. Nicole, we also wasted our time and gas, only to receive no help whatsoever. We left the clinic highly upset, with no answers or help for our son."
