"I am currently sitting in the hospital room at Merit Hospital with my Mom who is very ill due to Dr. Ingram's lack of care at Trinity Hospital. My Mom was admitted there with a UTI infection several weeks ago through the emergency room and was assigned to Dr. Ingram as most if not all patients are. She was treated with antibiotics and fluids through an IV for several days. During this time Dr. Ingram discontinued her diuretics and she slowly retained so much fluid that she was huge. I asked Dr. Ingram repeatedly to give them to her and he said she didn't need them and laughed. Not once during her one week stay did he examine her. Finally a fabulous nurse took me aside and told me I had to get my Mom out of there quickly. I withdrew her the next morning, took her to a new facility and learned she had so much fluid it had now entered her lungs and she had congestive heart failure. She is now weak, has delirium and is currently in treatment. She may never be the same. Not only is Dr. Ingram a horrible doctor, I think he is so arrogant he does not even realize the harm he does to his patients. Beware!"

"Only saw him twice. He spent less than 5 minutes seeing me both times for my appointments and did not perform my physical I needed for the Pharmacy Technician program at CLTCC and only signed off on my physical packet. I saw him as a new patient with concerns regarding a swollen lymph node/gland and he did not prescribe any medication to combat the swelling/infection. Next day, I went to SouthStar Urgent Care for the pain and swelling related to the lymph node/gland and received better care and was put on the correct medication. I also have a chronic health condition and he did not order any blood work/lab work to check this condition and I told him how I’ve been feeling lately and still he did not respond or want to look further into what’s going on. Definitely does not care and it’s disheartening to see this as I am studying in health field."
