"Denied me my medical records. Stated they were transferred with our dr to her new office. They were never transferred."

"My son went in for ADHD medicine because he needed a new primary Doctor and was referred by pediatrician because he had aged out from his care and still taking college classes. I don’t have a problem with Dr. Boston it is his office personal specifically whomever does their billing and coding. They coded his entire visit as drug testing which our insurance denied naturally. It took 2 days of constant calling to even actually talk to someone in the clinic . When I actually did finally talk to someone they took the stance that they were correct in what they done. Why did I even choose a doctor in our network if this is the care you get with filing your insurance."
