"The positively, absolutely most amazing staff! Because of transportation issues, I often need to cancel & reschedule appointments and every staff member that answers my calls has been accommodating and gracious and NEVER makes me feel like I'm a bother. (I AM a bother) I honestly don't know how much weight I've lost but I do know that I was pretty happy it was just me & my kittens at home the first time I walked across the den and my pants fell to my knees. Have gone down 2 more sizes but I refuse to replace a size until I'm certain the old stuff has found its "forever home" at Goodwill. So far that approach has worked for me - not sure how well it's gone for Tux & Pepper, aka The Kittens."

"The doctor there could care less about wheather you loss weight or not. Hardly talks to you. The nurses are a little better. I'm trying so hard to lose weight and i have but the dictor or staff doesn't encourage you that you are doing good."
