"Where do i even start... I'm the type of parent to seek high and low for great Healthcare providers when it comes to my children. I was very pleased to read great things about Dr. Yung, so I settled here. It is also worth pointing out that our other children go to CMG next door (go there if you can!). Due to a minor life change - I had to find somewhere else in a hurry. Upon entering, I was shocked by how many people were in the waiting room. I guess I'm so used to CMG because I've never witnessed that many people in a pediatric clinic waiting room. I had to sit across from a family who had 2 sick children (at CMG, there are two waiting rooms for this very reason). The seating was horrible as well. The lady next to me kept fussing at her kids because they kept touching the seats. That's how nasty they visibly were. The wait was horrible on my second (and final) visit. We waited for approximately 2hrs. In a crowed room! Entering the exam room sealed my decision to not return. The chairs were so dirty that I had to sit on the exam bed to avoid it. For reference, the chairs were red - but they were BLACK at the same time. That's how dirty they were. It just looked as if the entire room needed a deep cleaning. The best part about my visit was Dr. Yung. He exceeded my expectations. If I had to return, it would be just for him. As a third time mom, he told me things that I were never explained to me in such an informative way. As I reread my review, it looks as if my only gripe is with the cleanliness of the facility and wait time. These children deserve better."

"Service is terrible. I asked to be changed over to Dr Yung due to better service and better breakdown of dx. but every time I come to see doctor Chaney it’s over 2 hours before we can ever be seen. But anytime I come on Thursday when she’s off I’m in and out within 1 1/2. Terrible service. If you truly care about your patients allow Waliser back at 2 no point of stopping walkins at 9 just to make us wait allllllll day it’s after 11 currently still no progress"

"The front desk is always pleasant and welcoming. The wait is normal for any doctors visit. The nurses are always delightful, bonus they remember my kiddo and I love it. I love how they interact with the kiddos. Always gentle. The doctors are fantastic. I go to Dr Yung and he has always been thorough with the information and knows my questions before I ask. I had to go to a different Doctor because he was out of town, I can't remember her name, but she was very delightful. Very informative and kind."

"Be cautious of this facility. The front desk staff is extremely nice, but the doctors do not listen to the parents or their concerns. They denied my sick child services because of an unknown and unspecified "conflict". Needless to say, there was never a conflict with either pediatricians and I actually liked the care my children once received."

"had high hopes for this clinic because I heard so many good things about Dr.Chaney, which she is good and personable but the wait time at this clinic is ridiculous. I was told to bring my son in as a walk in at 7:30, was the first to check in, literally waited 2 hours for the front desk to tell me that Dr. Chaney was just getting in the office. If you tell me to come in at a certain time, it shod be communicated when the doctor will show up. Very disappointed. Im waiting as I type this. Smh and my son still hasn't been seen. Take a whole day out to wait if you come here"
