"John Wilkaitis is one of the worst men I have ever met in my life. I was 'treated' by him during my time in brentwood which is a terrible place to be. Every morning Wilkaitis would walk in through the unit huffing and puffing and making sure everyone knew he didn't want to be there. Upon my first meeting with him he treated me with so much disrespect and lack of empathy. He told me my answers to his questions were not good enough and that i was not being helpful. I hope that he reads this review and I hope that he knows that his behavior towards me during one of the worst times of my life only increased my levels of depression and anxiety. I think that he is a man with no love or compassion in his heart and that he should no longer be allowed to practice. I will be praying for your heart and soul John."

"Stay away from this man. Do not use him for his practices. He does not do things legally or accordingly. Every prescription is just a pharmaceutical kick back. He does not care about his patients. Just look how everyone that rates him low his response is “you were never a patient” Absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. He dang near ruined me."

"He is bland and does not show any interest in his patients’ well being. He is more of a “ask the question and get an answer” kind of doctor than he is a “ask the question, get an answer, and offer alternatives to the problem” kind of doctor. Many of his patients have struggled to talk to with him because of his emotionless personality. He also gives out the wrong medication, and when he does give out the right medication, it’s the wrong dose. He also has no interest in making sure his staff are treating the patients right. Not only that, he has ignored his patients several times and has to be reminded of what he has to do constantly. He is the opposite of what a good doctor is. Edit: Trolls don’t go into that much detail, sir. I have never been a patient of yours, thankfully. A family member of mine was one of your patients. They told me about their awful experience at Alliance. They also told me other patients of yours have made the same comments that I stated in the review. How about instead of calling people trolls, you tell the staff at Alliance to start treating the patients right. It’s no wonder as to why Alliance has a 2 star rating. Hopefully, action will be taken soon."

"I have been seeing Dr. Wilkaitis for several years. Before him I had gone through several other psychiatrists. He is by far the most knowledgeable and professional of them all. Another thing I love about him is that he sticks to his scheduling. In all the time I’ve been seeing him I have never had to wait to be seen past my appointment time. I know exactly when I will be seen and how long it will take so I am able to plan the rest of my day accordingly. I highly recommend him!!"
