"The doctors are great at this clinic but the staff is lazy and won't answer the phones and won't return phone calls so you can get your prescriptions filled and not very professional when answering the phone when they do decide to answer the phone. I love Dr Marshall and Dr Tyner and they had been very good as far as my care for 10 years but I'm about ready to leave this clinic and go to another where they will answer your phone calls when you need them and you will have your prescription sent to the pharmacy on time."
"NOPE! Was scheduled for surgery and they didn’t send over my paper work! HIPPA violations with insurance cards laying on the front counter desk with IDS and full Medicaid card information for one! My husband and I took off work for the procedure only to find out I was never scheduled with the hospital! I waited over 2 hours and the office never sent over the paper work! I left and went elsewhere! What happen to people doing what they are paid to do? My husband and I lost vacation time and money because we took off! I so badly wanted to trust and believe in this place but after that I will not be going back and would never recommend anyone to them. It’s a big NO for me!"
"Trying to get in contact with a nurse is crazy, they never answer the phone. Mailbox is always full. No one never call you back. We patients is the reason you have a job. Some of them Not friendly. The Doctors are great! It's the rest of the staff. Sad."
"Edit from earlier review: Dr Marshall is amazing and speaks to me like I'm a person not just a number. She is very thorough having found an infection missed my several of my other physicians. The nursing staff is very helpful and genuinely care about your well being. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is due to one exceptionally rude receptionist. Other than that it is a wonderful place to go. I highly recommend it. This coming from someone who has been trying for years to find out what was wrong to finally getting a diagnosis and being in constant pain every day for the past 10 years."
"I had gave them 5⭐ but I'm changing it because there is no one to contact during emergencies. I never tried to contact them for no reason but only for their mistakes.3x in a row they did not send my prescription to the pharmacy, they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. They I drove around for 2 days looking for my prescriptions. Then after the 3rd day asked me to come back to Jackson to pick up a paper prescription. I live in magnolia. They didn't apologize. Or compensate me for all the trouble I went through and my pain and suffering. Y'all know the withdrawal you go through when you run out of medication. The check out lady has a nasty attitude on the phone she was so disrespectful to me. She needs to be fired. And when their office makes mistakes. You can't even contact the nurse you get a VM. I'm supposed to get 3 prescriptions. I only got one for the whole 3 mths till I go back. I didn't even bother with them because it's a headache. I will discuss at my appointment. I'm really disappointed in their service at this time I've been a patient for 3 yrs now. But I'm going to give them another chance to get it together. Nobody is perfect. But Doctors aren't supposed to make mistakes they have ppl lives in their hands. UPDATE:::::::::::11/08/2021 Giving an update on my service. Dr. Marshall. Here I go again going to my pharmacy and my prescription wasn't there. Would you consider this a professional business. I'm not sure who is in charge of sending the prescriptions but they need to be fired also the rude check out lady she gets 3thumbs down.Kymberly Tyner is a sweet heart wouldn't change it for nothing in the world. But you guys need to get your office in order this is unexceptionable. I. Tired if writing bad reviews and nothing is being changed about the office . But still your guys fault and still no apology no courtesy call for owning up to your mistakes. You get ⭐."
