"Be ready to answer personal health questions over the phone BEFORE you are even offered an appointment. After requesting an appointment online, I received a call from someone who asked me very personal questions without telling me what the information would be used for. I was then transferred to another person who would schedule my appointment. That person told me an ultrasound appointment wasn't available for over a month, and since an ultrasound was all I wanted, I decided not to use their services. Now I have revealed very personal information about myself to a stranger for no reason. My fault, because I should have declined to answer. This is a warning to others."

"This is a great clinic for expecting mothers/first time moms. No one should ever have to go through something alone. This clinic actually offers you a lot and takes their time with you. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re worried, In need, or just simply wanting to check up on your baby. The staff was amazing and made me feel so at home. Not to mention, all services were free and I got free sonogram pictures. Thank you guys for everything! ☺️"

"That is not what happened when I went in the clinic. I had a witness with me at the time to verify everything that happened. If only your MANAGER took the time to listen to the concerns instead of overtalking someone who come into the clinic for help, she would have known that. Again, if that was your manager acting that way, then of course I feel your other staff would be the same but I guess that's just my opinion even though I did experience negativity for no known reason. To call my phone the way she did knowing we didn't get anything accomplished at the office is very unprofessional. Your manager knew this. I'm not sure if a particular kind is treated this way or what, but to all, please believe that it did not happen that way. I did have someone with me at the time who can speak about what we experienced. Not sure why the doctor or owner did not contact me about it because my information should have been there. Besides, I don't even know who the doctor was or if she would have given me this information. This is sad and I'm not sure how you all looked into this matter and didn't contact me about it is concerning."
