"This place is awful . I was stuck in heavy traffic at 730am. I called them told them I was going to be late really heavy traffic they told me they can't take me and they charging me 200 canceling fee!!!!!! I said I am 2 mins from the facility she said no we can't take you. They definitely don't accommodate for a mental health clinic. I don't recommend. REPLY TO OWNER- YOU COULD OF LET ME BEEN SEEN STILL AFTER I HAD 2 MINS TO BE THERE. YOU COULD JUST SHORTEN MY APPOINTMENT. YOU MADE A BIG DEAL OVER NOTHING. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!!"

Rachel is the hardest working, most compassionate psychiatric practitioner I have ever known… not to mention she has the most amazing bed side manner… Not only is she amazing , her office manager, Ayonna , is always available and accommodating to my every need. They are the most kindest-hearted people and care! Rachel has even offered to stay late when I was running late for an appointment. Additionally, the office has BEAUTIFUL decor and an online system for payments and appointments. I would recommend Anchored Hope Clinic any day. Thanks for all you do. ♥️"
