"I was a patient of Dr. Badero for over 9 years and was highly satisfied with his service and dedication. I am now leaving the practice not due to any adverse reaction to him but the treatment I received from his office staff on my last visit on June 1, 2021. After being in the waiting room for 1.5 hours (arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and 1 hour after my appointment time), I was called back to be informed by the "office manager" that I could not see the doctor due to a balance due. Had they informed me of this upon my arrival, I would not have had a problem with that. However, the balance owed was from service rendered back around 10-09-2020 and due to the fact that his office personnel could not fill out insurance forms in a proper manner, the bill was not approved by my insurance company until April of 2021. By that time several other medical bills were approved and being payed by me leaving Dr. Baderos's bill last to be paid. I was paying what I could per month (I'm on a fixed SS income), but that just wasn't good enough. The late payment was due entirely to his office staff's incompetence with no fault of mine. In the past I even reminded them of money owed by me when there records were in error. As a result of my treatment by his office staff I have decided to seek other sources for my cardias and renal needs. Jim Linden"
