"The therapists at Elite therapy (Byram) are top notch! I received treatment there after a very traumatic accident and the therapists were really encouraging and personable. Even on days that I wasn’t motivated, they continued to push me and support me in my journey. They do not cut corners in treatment and really care about each and every client. My last visit was very bittersweet as I was glad about the progress I made, but very sad about leaving such good people. I highly recommend this group of trained professionals!"

"my honest opinion of this establishment is that the hygiene of the aquatic therapy pool needs to be better. As someone who spent 3 1/2 years overseeing and taking care of the Maintenance and operation of a 75,000 gallon pool, there was a lot of things that I noticed need to be addressed. The first thing I noticed was the absurd amount of calcium buildup and hardness that littered the pool along with the rusting hand rails leading into and out of the pool. Because the room temperature is a lot warmer it tends to accumulate moisture and contribute to rust on metal surfaces which has to constantly be maintenance at least once a week that is something that I don’t believe is happening. There is a difference between checking the pH and alkalinity and actually making sure that the pool is being vacuumed and clean so that it looks hospitable. I noticed that the pool was green and that is an attribute of it being neglected in a humid environment for an extended period of time. There was rust everywhere and I would earnestly consider cleaning the pool before subjecting patients and clientele to do therapy in some thing that looks unclean. The handrails inside of the bathroom were also rusty as well and overall I just don’t think that hygiene aspect would meet OSHAS standards of cleanliness based on my experience."
