"At first I thought it was a nice place. Cozy room, NP seemed to care and listen. She blew out my vein doing a blood draw which has never happened to me before and I dealt with a big painful bruise for a little over a month. They wanted me to send off $$$ lab work and I called to ask a question about it, left a message and never got it returned even when I called back to try to ask again. I left other messages that were also unreturned. I got the run around when I called about my bloodwork. They said it should be on my portal but it was results I had brought in to them. Then I tried to get the results over the phone because my time was wasted enough trying to talk to them and I didn't need to take off work. Thank goodness we canceled that appointment because when I called back a week later, I was told that my blood work was received bad at the lab. This was after I was assured my results were ready. Needless to say it was a total waste of time and insurance money. I was super excited about this place but was left very disappointed! I'm not typically going to leave a bad review but felt it needed to be said."
