AFC Urgent Care Ridgeland

"A few years ago I would've recommended this urgent care to anyone but now that there aren't many black people working there it seems as a back woman myself my concerns are rarely heard. The doctor told me to call back if my symptoms didn't go away after the prescription ran out. I called back the front desk person asks me a million questions as if I don't know my body and my chart. This used to be my go to when I couldn't wait to get an appointment from my primary care clinic but now they are just as inattentive as other urgent cares in the area. its disappointing as a patient since the opening days"

"Was visiting from out of town and picked this particular urgent care cause it was close to my mother. The staff was great. The wait time was great. I had to go back another day to get retested for Covid and the flu and you know they couldn’t have been any better. I’m very impressed with this particular urgent care."

"I took my son because I could not get him in to see his pediatrician. AFC did an outstanding and professional job! We were walk ins and we were done within an hour. I was able to do his paperwork online with no trouble. I will always take him to AFC if I can't get him to his pediatrician."

"The best urgent care I’ve been to. Waiting room is very clean and staff is so nice. I needed a blood draw and a TB test today. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They are very thorough and competent. Whoever did my blood draw today (I didn’t catch her name), was great and I didn’t feel the needle at all. I trust them wholeheartedly with my care and recommend them highly!"
