"This rating is for the desk staff. It's sort of a hit and miss in customer communication. The hits meaning friendly and the misses being cold, dismissive and rude. Let's just say if they were at bat they'd have a stigmatism. I do notice that they are very friendly with patience they seem to know on some personal level. I remember choosing to battle out being sick because I didn't want to deal with them. It's like nine day once you get in the bag with the actual medical professionals though. And they're the only reason it's two stars"

"This long but yea , 1st I’m addressing some judgement and intrusion of my faith/religious practice by a NP, she did apologize after I pointed out that was wrong though , On my initial visit concerning some gut issues, as a walk in, I experienced a rude and disgruntled NP, I told her my symptoms, she sat at a DESK, behind a computer , 6 ft away from me the entire time, did no examinations with her hands and didn’t look into my face , from the computer, the entire time, and only once when I addressed her dismissiveness, she told me my symptoms were normal (they were not) and tried to blame me for inaccurately describing my symptoms , I had to advocate and beg for a blood test which proved I had an infection that otherwise would not have been detected if I didn’t advocate for myself.. fast forward to today, I have Covid and am high risk, I simply called to ask for antiviral pills because my condition is worsening (the nurse gave me the exact instructions I told her I’d taken already , after cutting me off mid explaining, and basically told me they can’t give me meds if hadn’t been seen by a physician, but also told me don’t come to their clinic if I was having symptoms) The negligence and “I don’t care” attitude is rampant at this location and the North location is no better"

"This place is trash. Spent 45 minutes sitting and waiting for that sorry doctor Ms. Brown. I go in because I had slight throat irritation and soreness. They told me based on that I had to pull around to a second door. I pulled around and no one ever showed up to say anything. The women at the front desk are slower molasses, it was only 4 people (myself included) waiting to be seen, so it's not like they were bombarded. Ms. Brown acting like she couldn't be bothered. I guess you get what you pay for. Low prices for slow speed and ignorance."

"My 1st and initial visit was no problem, but today is where I say oh heck no! So not only have I been getting calls for two days reminding me of my appointment, that I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. Today I get a phone call from the clinic stating my Dr. will not be in, and that I'm responsible for rescheduling the appointment they're cancelling. The lady didn't try to help me or give me any options at all. Then, when I called another clinic to schedule another appointment or get help with the situation I'm transferred right back to the same location that didn't help. I will never set foot in another one of their incompetent centers! They didn't consider my time nor issues at all."

"I just called to make an appointment with the Dr Debra Rice and the girl who answered the phone was a bit rude. It sounded like she was not in a good mood, didn't want to be there or just needed another job. When a person answers the phone or works in customer service they need to have a more happier or pleasant voice. Especially if you are in a doctors office."
