"Customer service is terrible!!! I called today, 3/7 at 12:21 pm and 12:26 pm to confirm which floor the clinic was located on, the receptionist stated that I did not have an appointment although I did receive a phone text confirmation. She was adamant that I did not have an appointment scheduled! She was very rude and dismissive. When I called back a different receptionist answered, she did confirm my appointment however her tone was dry and unpleasant, the second time that she displayed such a terrible disposition. I'm not sure if race is a factor but this is by far the worst medical appointment process that I have ever experience. Hopefully my experience will go well."

"I scheduled and completed the Cardiac T Scoring on Wednesday February 8, 2024. I paid their $100 fee and they assured me I’d have my results the next day. I am almost a week after the testing was done and don’t know anymore than I did before I started. No one has contacted me and I have called and left messages twice. I plan to call again tomorrow. I rarely rate anyone this low. However, this is a service I scheduled and was assured that the result would be communicated to me the following day. It is now 6 days from my scoring and I know very little about what the testing revealed. This is unacceptable. I will try again tomorrow."
