"Hello, My name is Shelia Welch and I want to let the ER staff that was working on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 how grateful that my husband and I are for their care of me when faced with an emergency event. You guys were great. There are so many things that we could say about the way I was treated. The Dr. (sorry to not remember his name) was spot on with what he explained to me and my husband as to what had happened to me. Thank you Dr. I can’t remember your name, lol. The triage nurses were professional, compassionate and attentive. Not only to me and my husband but to my out of state family that came to our side. They were impressed! My husband and I will commit to pray for each of the staff members there on a regular basis. Once again, thank you and may the Lord bless you and your family abundantly."

"I must say that Copiah Medical has some good employees with great attitudes and services. But the employee in admissions was very rude to my Mother and I don't appreciate that at all. If she was having a bad daY she shouldn't have come to work...it's a good thing i was at work bcuz i assure you things would have went a different way."

"I went to the ER the last Tuesday in April for chest pains. They did heart test on me and blood work, during this time I never seen the doctor, just the nurses. After being there for over an hour a man walks in and says My test came back negative, this man did not have on a doctor badge and didn't look like doctor an never introduced himself. He told me to turn on my belly, then he popped my back three times. He said my back was dislocated but never ran a test for it.. Before I could turn around, he was gone and released me. Now I go to therapy for My back. Please stay away from this hospital. Vicki brandon"

"ER nurse left me tied to a wall by the blood pressure cuff for 15-20 minutes. Had raging migraine. She came back. "Aren't you feeling better now?" I said, "No" and she looked startled. No one had given me anything at all. Only one of 5 people I saw was friendly and he was very young. I felt totally uncared for. They deserve a one. The young guy gets them a two."

"From the time we entered until we left, everyone treated us like royalty. We were so impressed by this hospital. They made us feel at home and well taken care of. The facility in every area we entered was so very clean. Thank you so much for making our day better."
