"I’m giving 3 stars because I have always loved this facility. Today was a huge disappointment though. My daughter was testing positive for Covid at home. I took her to see Dr Gavin, whom we see often. He tested her and said that it was negative and she could go back to school in 2-3 days with NO worries. He didn’t mention re testing in 48 hours. I knew in my gut that was not right. I immediately came back home to retest her. POSITIVE! So we had to seek care at another facility that actually listened. God forbid I would have sent her back to school to spread it. I won’t be back to MEA. The women in the office are amazing! So is Dr coachey’s!! We love him."

"Love this MEA clinic, the receptionists and nurses are so kind, wait time is very short, and Dr. Coachy is the best doctor I've ever been to! He is so attentive, truly listens to his patients and takes every concern in to consideration, he even asked my opinion on how I’d like to proceed with diagnosis as far as what tests id like run ect. He made me feel more heard and considered than any other dr ever has. I could tell that he was truly concerned with helping me get to the bottom of my health issues! I Recently came back again (for my son) and had an excellent experience once again. Will continue to go back and would highly recommend them to anyone."

"When you first come in you are greeted by an older woman who looks like she would rather eat glass than have to deal with you. Once she has put up with you long enough to get you checked in you are then seated in a waiting room for an hour. Dont worry though because once you finally get called back by a different woman who looks like she cant stand the site of your existence, you are then checked in with symptoms, blood pressure, etc etc. Then it happens, you go to another waiting room right behind the door of the other waiting room you were just in!! Is this a bad trip? Am I in the medical version of Groundhog Day? At this point I'm so sick I'm almost falling out of my chair and then I'm finally told they can see me. O well thank Jesus! Once you finally make it past that, it's like going into a whole other side of the world. The nurse was on it, very nice a personable and then shortly thereafter the doctor is super. I only gave it 2 stars because of the doctor and the nurse. If not for them I would have left a ZERO!!!! Although once you get past the hell up front the care is wonderful, I would not reccomend anyone going here. The last thing you want to feel when you are sick is someone treating you like garbage."

"Check your bill before you leave the office, I got charged an "after-hours" fee by this clinic and I arrived approximately 1 hour before the office officially closed. I have tried to have this corrected and have refused to pay the late fee of $25 which now they have turned this over to a credit recovery company. I was not late although the doctor was late seeing me...who wants to sit in a waiting room for an hour with the flu and then get charged for waiting? Go elsewhere!!!!!!"
