"My 1st time purchasing glasses from Walmart, and the experience was a pleasure. When I arrived, I was greeted by Miracle. She was very nice, courteous & patient. Any woman who wears glasses knows that choosing the right frame is very important. Well, Miracle didn’t get irritated not one time with me trying on over 20 pairs & dropping them in the tray. As a matter of fact, she said, “try on as many as you want until you find some you like.” She kept a smile the entire time. I’m appreciative. Miracle displayed extremely great customer service skills. A few minutes later, Cassandra came along, greeted me & picked up where Miracle left off with the great customer service. I FINALLY was able to decide on a pair after trying on almost 2 displays. Lol! I had quite a few questions for Cassandra & just like her co-worker, she was patient, took time & answered everything I needed. I bought my frames with confidence. Thanks to Cassandra! I will definitely do business there again."

"I was not sure what type of frames I wanted or would buy. Ms. Kennya worked with me and address issues I had with the frames and the different lenses. She was knowable about different insurances and how my insurance work. She put the information in the system and explain what I needed to know about payment and when the glasses would be ready for pick up. I am thankful for having people like Kennya in our vision center. The reason I didn't give her a 5 - star rating is because the glasses had not been pickup.
