"Today, I got a disappointing experience.. I went to the door to ask a question, and realized my mask was in the car after opening the door. I went back to the car to get the mask and as I approached the door to go back in the person from behind the desk came to the door and locked it in my face and walked away not bothering to ask what I wanted or to inform me of their closing although the time of day is 3:30 pm and the site states closure at 4:00 pm. God, I wish I had her name, I would definitely post it too. I feel her actions was very inappropriate and rude."
