"I called ahead to verify they accepted my insurance and was told they did.. I arrived early for my appointment, checked in and waited about 45 minutes before ever being asked to fill out paperwork. Another 45 minutes minutes passed before I was told they did NOT accept my insurance. All of this time, I sat in the waiting room with the flu, possibly giving it to all the other patients. The office staff really need to be trained in efficiency and empathy. It has to be the worst run medical office, I've ever been in and this was not my first bad interaction and this clinic."

"Long waiting time. Lacking empathy for person with severe pain because of broken arm and leg by motorcycle accident. I feel like the staff could care less that my wife was in agonizing pain and would let her sit in the hot waiting area for hours while they call every one in waiting area but her to go to the back and see a doctor. I will never go back the that clinic ever. For years I have felt a cold vibe from there."

"It's taken 6 months for the staff to get my information to the Medical equipment busniess for my CPAP machine. After 6 attempts made by the equement place. Of course I only found this out now because the equipment place called me to tell me that I'm now on a waiting list. Now I have to wait another 3 months on this waiting list to get my machine. I hope I don't die in the meantime. They still have not gotten the info over for my wife. I wouldn't recommend this group to an enemy."
