"One word…Slow. We went in to get checked because of cold symptoms. The receptionist wasn’t any help at all…when my daughter asked them a question. They even put a woman in front of us which we had been waiting for over an hour already. Bmc needs work asap"

"The ER registrar was amazing, very polite, worked quickly. ER nurse was friendly and quick, but thorough. Gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Explained each step she took while administering patient care. Radiology team was AMAZING, 100%! That TeamHealth ER doctor was a joke. Rude! Did not explain my diagnosis, did not dismiss me with explanation for aftercare. Did not make any suggestions for follow-up. Luckily, I was able to attend to my own aftercare. He made a very smart remark when I inquired about medication for pain. Dr's like him are what really affect public opinion regarding the quality of care received at Bolivar Medical Center ER."

"The staff can be very rude and they can lie.. my family and I went to visit a family member one morning and they weren’t too happy about the number of us but we respected the rules and took turns visiting in the ICU but the nurse got irritated with the walking and locked the doors and said visiting hours are over when we know that was a lie when we would visit late between 5 to 8pm"

"Granddaughter who is 2years old had desk fall on top of her. Son took baby to BMC they put wristband on her never seen ANYONE. NO VITAL SIGNS OR ANY CHECK FOR CONCUSSION OR BROKEN BONES 3HRS OF SITTING NO DOCTOR CHECKS . THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BMC ! Someone there has to care !!!! I KNOW I WILL GET THE STANDARD ANSWER . THANKS FOR SHARING AND WILL PASS IT ON IT A LONG LINE OF THIS RESPONSE DO SOMETHING OR CLOSE."
