"I am Grateful that you assisted me with my health. But I didn't like the fact I was in hallway by the desk. I was rolled back by some stairway left back there by myself for about hour until a security guard saw me. Then the young man had to do the ekg back there."

"Don’t go here. It’s disgusting. Not a clean environment at all. They don’t keep it cold in the ER so it’s a breeding ground for bacteria. They staff are extremely rude and they don’t take the necessary precautions to tests patients properly. Do NOT take your child or yourself here whatsoever. It’s worth the trip to Jackson. My family and I call this place killer region. Don’t waste your time. Keep your family and kids safe and take them elsewhere"

"My brother cane in o Sunday with very elevated blood pressure. He was there two day sent him home with 2 new medications well next day his blood pressure spiked again. I can not understand how can u let patient who has had two previous strokes go home! When he was in hospital in Jackson this did not happen and he had excellent care! If u want proper care don't go to this hospital its terrible with Customer Service Quality of Care and unconcern physicians don't take care to address your issues cause their busy. This is really bad and unacceptable for hospital yo not care about their patients welfare!"
