"The woman at the front desk is very rude and very short in conversation all she says is you have to be here at 8, I am a single mom going through the toughest time of my life and just need to talk to someone. The waiting room was empty no cars in parking lot and she said they were busy. Will not let me schedule an appointment. I don’t understand how people can get the help they need when the person seems to not even care about her job or the people there!!! What happened to people ?? This makes me sick!! She wouldn’t even give me paperwork like basically shut me out. EVERY TIME!! This place is suppose to help people but it’s hard when your front desk clerk is the rudest woman I have had to encounter with. This place is a joke and people wonder why suicide rates are up. Why people do the things they do to not feel the pain. I will be contacting the main branch manager’!"

"Went here a while back, as someone with severe social anxiety they refused to make an appointment for me, and told me to wait in the waiting room for upwards of 6 hours to hope a therapist could see me if someone no-showed. That would have caused massive panic attacks. Horrible place."

"One star is too much. Specifically Dr. Kumar there treated my sick family member like s dog. Changed all medication and refused to give her time off work to get adjusted. Was very rude multiple times. Just very uncaring and hurtful."

"Friend of mine was done very wrong by the receptionist and nurse on staff. They ( DR Ashley staff )scheduled her a month after her refill date with important medicine. When the Dr clearly wrote down 3 months they scheduled her after 4 months , so after month 3 she obviously needed a refill but upon calling the Dr office over 6 times leaving many messages and even spoke with the nurse who said she would call it in, nothing happened . 5 painful days later she physically had to go up there and make them do their jobs correctly. Then the receptionist had the audacity to blame her over her own self for the mistake she made. Claimed my friend was a month early and threatened her saying the Dr would not see her again if this happens again. HOW COULD IT POSSIBLY BE HER FAULT WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE ONE WHO SCHEDULES THE APPOINTMENTS!!??? This type of behavior is unbelievable and should not be tolerated."
