"I enjoyed the doctor, but I did not enjoy the fact of being told in that I would get a procedure done that day, just to go to the front office and be told I’d have to come back because they had to set up a special sanitized room for me for the procedure I was getting done just for me to come back 2 days after my original appointment just to be put in the exact regular non special room that I was in 2 days prior to get my procedure done, then be told by the doctor that she was sorry because they don’t have special room for this procedure, but then the lady at the front desk had a whole story about something that wasn’t true then she complained about having a certain amount of patients that next day, like that was extremely unprofessional, but other than that I really enjoyed my doctor and she was very kind and nice and educated and I really overall enjoyed that, she made the procedure easy and mostly painless, I’ve had this procedure twice in the past and she made it the most less painful for me, she’s an absolute doll!"
