"Dr. Caufield They schedule you for appointments then you have to wait over an hour to see the doctor. Then if you say anything, the next time you come in you will wait longer. Staff at the front desk was very rude. Then Dr. caufield will withhold you prescriptions from you if you don't agree with everything he tells you or agree to take everything he wants you to. I will not be back..."

"My son went in with a gash on his foot, and had a very good experience with the doctor. It was a 5 stitches gash. He got excellent work done, the meds worked well, and exact guidance on the care of the wound while healing. Today, he had his stitches taken out and then nurse practitioner who did this said that she hadn't seen such a good job for a very long time . The muscles and skin lined up perfectly. My son was very impressed. Based on this, I'm going to go here the next time. I need a doctor's attention."

"I do not like to give negative feedback but I ended up finding another provider because of the way this office is run. I am very rarely sick, but I when I felt I had strep, I called to get an appointment. I was transferred twice to a voicemail and received no call back. When I finally got an appointment, I ended up waiting for an hour and 45 minutes to be seen. And this was not the first time. Then I was contacted by phone about a bill which I had not received yet by mail. She did apologize, stating “the doctor didn’t realize this isn’t an outstanding bill.” Finally, I received a lab bill for a test I never had on a date when I wasn’t even in the country. I, again, had to leave a voicemail and, again, never received a call back. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years so I understand things do not always run smoothly. And I’m glad there are those who have found great care here but I’m not one of them."
