"There seems to be a total lack of compassion in this clinic. I went to administration to complain about my doctor's lack of care and concern, and they made it very evident that they only care about the numbers and not the patients. I've been to larger clinics in other states, but the doctors at those facilities actually cared about what they were doing. My doctor that I was seeing at Mission Primary Care seemed to be just going through the motions. It's the epitome of why Mississippi has the worst healthcare in the Country."

"I came into the office per my employers request for a drug screen. As I sat here writing this review I'm livid. I checked in minutes after 10am. It's a quarter to eleven and I'm still sitting waiting to be called back. I stepped out to communicate with my ride and was call seconds of waking back in and ive been skipped over having to wait additional time. Now to add insult to injury you have this black unprofessional wrinkle clothes dreads in her head get ugly and smart withe because I questioned what was taking so long. Worst service ever ten minutes to 11 and I'm still here."

"The worst clinic I've ever had the misfortune to visit. Took (no exaggeration) a dozen phone calls to get them to fax a single form to my specialist doctor. Charged me random amounts each week for the same procedure. Failed to give me proper instructions concerning medications resulting in me having to pay more to have the the medicine prepared again."

"When your employer sends you here they should explain to you how to give the doctor's what they need you to provide. (I'm not talking about the employee) Don't blame a clinic for a lack of information provided on the Employers side. (Again, I'm not talking about the employee). All in all, my experience has been quite pleasant. The building is clean, the service is fast (with covid 19 restrictions in place), and the customer service is great. I was honestly surprised by the reviews on this place so I wanted to shine some light. Hopefully this helps!"

"My elderly mother and I have been patients of Dr. Chiarito for many years. I make a 120 mile round trip in order to see her as my primary care physician. As a biomedical professional myself, I have always found her to be extremely competent and caring. She has gone out of her way numerous times to follow up with either of us, in some cases calling us long after the work day was over. The reception and nursing staff have always treated us with courtesy and professionalism. When I have had issues with the ever-changing world of insurance, they have stayed with the issues until they were resolved."
