"This place is so unprofessional. I called them on Tuesday December 28, 2021 and set an appointment to get tested for COVID-19. She took down all my information, and told me that they didn’t have anymore test for that day. So she booked me an appointment the next morning on Wednesday December 29, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. After we got off the phone she even called me back to verify my information again. So I arrive that morning at 9:00 a.m. for them to tell me they have ran out of test. I said so what time did you start giving tests? She said at 8:30 a.m. So you mean to tell me you ran out of tests in 30 minutes. The workers were rude and have no customer service skills at all. This place need to be shutdown. Thirty minutes worth of COVID testing is not gone cut it. By the way this is my first review ever so that should let you know how disappointed I am, because I never do this type of reviews."

"I asked about a rapid Covid test and was told I would have to register online then call back for an appointment. I registered online which included personal information. When I called back for an appointment I was told they did not administer rapid Covid tests. I asked that my online registration be deleted. The employee said ok but did not ask my name. I told her my name and asked for email confirmation that the information was removed from their system. She said, “We don’t do that.” I asked why and she hung up on me. I’m now wondering if the clinic is legit."
