"I have taken my miniature schnauzer here for years. I love the staff. They take excellent care of Ace. Highly recommend."
"Everyone say’s it’s an expensive place to go, but thank God I was able to get there because my Shih Tzu, had just taking his shots and was feeling extremely bad, he was looking as if he was on his last days living & Crossroad staff was so kind to me and my daughter. They really helped, Oreo get up and going again. I just really wanted to thank them from the bottom of my heart I am very grateful!!!! So thank you guys for everything the receptionist, was very nice, The nurse and the doctor both were extremely awesome!!!!! ❤️"
"I’m reading the reviews and see that so many people say this vet is friendly and compassionate.. I didn’t get that experience at all. My husband and I took my Boston Terrier, which is a US Registered Service Dog so she could get spayed the lady immediately took my precious baby from my husband, another lady handed me paperwork to fill out and said you can call at noon to check on her. I never had a conversation with the veterinary person about my baby..Picked her up next morning the person whom brought her out had no emotion nor said a word to us. My baby had been crying and I stated that out loud for all to hear. They didn’t even know that she was a RSA, so therefore her paperwork wasn’t read nor was her collar. The other lady took our money and I asked what I needed to do for care and she said you can either take the stitches out yourself or bring her back in 2 weeks. I didn’t see any compassion or any friendliness. Needless to say my babies will NOT be going back there. My babies are my children and I expect them to be treated with love and care from all.. The price was very high for the care she received and she wasn’t given any kind of meds to help her with the pain."
"The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog was at ease with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience."
