"I have come to this clinic all my life. There are a couple doctors here that I certainly do not click with. But I know that everyone is different and has different needs. Many of my friends and family have had positive experiences with the doctors that I have had negative experiences with. So, sometimes it’s a matter of opinion. Personally, I have always seen Dr. Lowery ever since she became a part of this clinic. She is kind and caring. She takes care of my whole family. We really love her! She tries to get as much information as possible and treat the whole patient rather than just relying on labs. That is something I very much appreciate. All the nurses and lab techs are just as great! The receptionists are always friendly and helpful as well. For all your medical needs, they are here!"

"Dr Lowery does not seem to know what she is doing and cannot read labs or blood work. She does not know about her patients history (and does not care to find out) and will send you to a specialist for something that has been treated and cured 16 years ago. If only there had been a little communication a lot trouble, stress, and money could have been avoided."

"I just started seeing Dr. Lowery on Friday and had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen in a small tight wheelchair which had me frustrated bad, finally I got called back by the nurse Sarah who right away sensed my frustration and immediately got me into a more comfortable wheelchair. She showed so much kindness and care towards me trying to do whatever she could to help make my mood better, It worked cause my frustration started to go away. I made it into my exam room and met Dr. Lowery, she apologized right away for my long wait and immediately got started on my needs for primary care. She is very thorough and she addressed all my concerns, she took care of refilling every single med I needed with no hesitation. Doctor Lowery is a very amazing kind and caring PCP, she was worth the long frustrating wait and I will definitely be keeping her as my doctor for years to come. The front desk people need a little improvement but nurse Sarah and Dr. Lowery don't cause they are the best, I rate them 5 stars but I rate the front desk people 3.5 stars"
