"Ladies at the front desk are polite. I don't have an issue with them per say. What i take issue with is trying on a pair of glasses that fit my smallish head and paying over 200$ out of pocket for top of the line progressive lenses i was told i needed. When i pick up my glasses they are falling off my face. I am then told they fit exactly the same as the ones i tried on because they were in fact the ones i tried on. So i was sold a pair of used glasses, that potentially were stretched out by some one with a larger head trying them on after i left, that or they stretched them out fiddling with the lenses. But you can see the arm bars are at a wider angle than the frame. They weren't like that when i tried them on. I have an issue with glasses being loose on my face. I liked these specifically because they were snug. The glasses were not snug at pick up but had been stretched out by some one, not me. The progressive's they said i needed in order to improve my vision, in fact impaired my vision by blurring the sides of my vision field and causing an additional disruption in the direct center view. They asked me to take them home and try them out. I did so. I had them on for 30 or so minutes trying to get used to it. They made me dizzy and as i was walking down my stairs inside the house, i was unable to distinguish my feet and the individual steps on the stair well and nearly tripped because the steps all looked like 1 long fuzzy rug. I took them back. They graciously had me redo a portion of my eye exam. Despite my repeated claim that i do not have any detectable problems reading anything at arms length, they decided my prescription was "spot on" despite my disagreement and offered bifocals. Stating i absolutely needed help reading. I have never needed help reading anything within 5 feet. Up close vision is not impaired for me. But whatever, they are the optometrists. Maybe they are right. I am over 50 now.. So i relented and went with their second recommendation. I get these replacement bifocals today to find that i can not wear them either. The bifocal square blurred my field of vision for anything that is more than 5 inches from my face. I have never had to put something 5 inches from my face to read it. Ever. This is ridiculous. I was told i would get used to it. I said used to what, putting things 5 inches from my face and holding my head weird to see out the bottom to be able to read ? She then said i could get single vision glasses but it would be another 50 dollars. How are you going to tell me i have to get progressive lenses, then later well maybe you really only need bifocals, and now, oh no, not really, you only need single vision glasses, But that another 50 bucks to get single vision. I am not giving this company another dime for used stretched out eye wear. They didn't listen to me when i said they were not helping - They just gas lit me and kept repeating the nonsense that my prescription is correct. I don't care what a machine says or your book says. If what you gave me impairs my field of vision and makes my eye sight blurry, then your books and machines are wrong. You are just wrong. You are missing something. I came there for help and was willing to pay whatever i needed to and purchased what they said i needed. Also, they did not take my astigmatism into account. Those do not disappear - I suspect because they disregarded my crooked eye ball that this is the reason these types of glasses do not work for me. I am legit near tears, I need new glasses for driving and can not afford this nonsense and can not wear the used pair they gave me. Now my 1 free visit from my insurance is used up and i don't have money for new eye wear. My feelings are legitimately hurt. I am just upset. I really cant believe this happened. They get 1 star because that poor girl at the front desk managed to stay polite until i walked out, i did catch her tone when i left - i can hear. but she gets a pass as she was caught between me and the optometrist who refused to come out and speak to me."
"I had an appointment at 9:00 AM. I was a new patient so I arrived early at 8:45. An hour later i was finally called in. I was supposed to be the first patient. No respect for my time."

"Everyone was nice and helpful. I just wish they had more convenient business hours. I got my glasses in August and haven't been able to get there to have my glasses adjusted and checked, because of my work schedule. Other than that it's a nice place."
