"I was well please with my visit at Ortho Oxford Hernando, MS location. I expected to have a long wait. I was called in the office at my appointed time. I was expecting to visit with a doctor rushed for time and didn’t have my best interest in mind. Dr. Luber was the exact opposite. He enter with enthusiasm and concern. Shook my hand and asked “how I was doing today and how can I help”. After Listening to my concerns he set up a plan that work for my future healing. He was very attentive. I felt good when I left the office. Might I add, the whole team from the front desk to the X-ray specialist was outstanding. I would highly recommend this facility and Dr. Luber! Thank you"

"When I made the appointment I was asked for my insurance information and the reason for the visit, which was to remove a ganglion cyst. The doctor's office is in network for my insurance, but they failed to tell me that their surgical center is out of network. After X rays and doctor consultation, I was informed that the only way to remove the cyst was by a surgical procedure. It was a waste of my time and $74. Full disclosure would have given me the opportunity to make a better decision, which would have been not to make an appointment."
