"Friendly & courteous service from sign in, to triage and Physician’s assessment. Dr. Christian sat down and talked with me. (ER visit was01/16 with excruciating pain in right shoulder..nothing else. By the date of my ortho appointment on the 23rd, my skin had broken out from shoulder to fingertips.) He did not order any unnecessary tests or treatment, except to advise me to see my PCP in order to get appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Apparently the visible skin concerns, as well as the inward pain symptoms pointed not to an ortho issue, but something else. I did as recommended & got appropriate care and treatment. If I continue to have shoulder pain after treatment for shingles, I was advised to return to Dr. Christian for further diagnosis and treatment. I appreciate his candor. Second day of treatment with PCP & am hopeful!"

"Very attentive. Like that he seems to remember me when I come in or at least familiarizes himself with me circumstances. Nothing worse than having to retell your whole story to a doctor you have seen several times. I believe he really cares about healing his patients and alleviating my pain."

"I had a wonderful experience overall with one exception: scheduling. Although it is easy to get an appointment within a most accomodating timeframe, I recommend you not be in a hurry once you are there. My first appointment was at 7:10 a.m. and I was instructed to arrive 20 minutes early (as usual with an initial visit); however, they don't open until 8:00 according to their sign and website. In the parking lot at 6:45, I & three others were there perplexed and frustrated at the locked doors. Finally the doors were opened for us at 7:30. I did not appreciate the 45 minute wait in my car. After that, everything proceeded promptly. There was little paperwork and I was in and out quickly with everything I needed. My next appointment, I scheduled for 2:20 and arrived on time. I was finally taken to a room just before 3:00 and didn't see the doctor until 3:15. Again, I did not appreciate the 55 minute wait. Other than those scheduling (or timing) annoyances, the staff is friendly, practitioners seem knowledgeable & are helpful, & Dr. Christian is everything you want in a doctor. He has a friendly demeanor, listens well, answers questions or gets answers immediately, and follows up promptly & consistently with accommodations (referrals, rx, etc.). Overall I highly recommend, unless time commitment is an issue for you, in which case, I suggest bringing a book."
