"The whole process was uncomfortable compared to other places I have been to and I won’t be returning. Not to mention the glasses I got were not the right prescription. When I called to tell them I couldn’t see out of them well, the woman got an attitude and stated it was normal that I was extremely dizzy and if it was the same in 2 weeks then I could come back in. I’ve had glass my whole life I know the difference between, new prescription dizzy and wrong prescription dizzy. I ended up getting glasses somewhere else, for much cheaper, that I have no problem seeing out of."

"Far and away the most detailed eye exam that I have ever had. Dr. Stone is exceptional at communicating and making the patient feel at ease. The only optometrist my whole family will be using."

"My wife visited Batesville Vision for the first time today and she and I will definitely be back. The staff was very busy but were friendly and helpful. Dr. Stone was very friendly too and very thorough during the exam. Impressive!"

"I have absolutely no idea why the reviews are so terrible, but I came today for the first time and the office was superb, all of the staff were very nice and polite. Absolutely no issues, I have a Medicare advantage plan so it didn’t cover everything-but that’s not their fault, I’m not complaining about that. That’s not their fault-whatsoever. At the end, the lady took several minutes of her time to clean my existing glasses (until I get new ones). No complaints whatsoever and I’m genuinely impressed. I don’t recommend listening to the negative reviews-as they were the complete opposite from what I experienced. The final price isn’t given until the end, but if you don’t agree with it-go back to the lady you dealt with just before and make modifications to make it more affordable."

"To start, I cannot comment on the quality of care that this facility has. And, I will add that the receptionist was very nice and apologetic. That being said, my review is due to the fact that the appointment would be 35 days from the day I walked through the door. I have lost my glasses and my prescription is expired. I wonder if someone that has the same issue and is legally blind would be given the same type of unacceptable appointment length. I can imagine that people walk out that door more times than the 7 reviews note, so I'd advise, if you need a prescription right away, go elsewhere."
