"Dr. Pillows spends as least time as possible with you, rushes the entire appointment and does not properly examine your skin. The office staff are also impossible to deal with. Ask them anything outside of making an appointment and it will be a major headache requiring multiple calls and resistance to your every question. Told me several times they contacted my insurance when my insurance company confirmed they never once did. Not once. When inquiring about this, the office staff and nurses became very rude basically telling me it was not their problem as well as the doctor."
