"Let me start by saying Dr. Hughes is the ONLY good thing about this clinic! The front staff are rude and unprofessional and the management covers there ignorant employees and does not give a dang about the patients! Staff can talk to a patient any type of way and laugh in their face, yet when a patient dishes it back out, you will be discharged as I was! The administrator Jameye Murphree acted concerned at first but stood by the ignorant and rude employee. I do not recommend warrington at all. They need new management and new front desk staff. They are in the wrong carreer when they can't be polite to patients!"

"I went there to establish myself as a new patient today. I walked in for the first time and was greeted with a "fill out this at the bottom"!...Not a "good afternoon, how are you". Returned the clipboard...nothing! Need your insurance card....scanned in...not a thank you! Sat down. Got called back...by...I don't know!...but by my first name! I'm a 61 year old woman! Really! Don't even know the name of the woman/provider I saw! But the pharmacy people next door were very nice..."
