"the receptionist in the E.R. had an Terrible attitude , from the time i walked up to the desk , i asked her if she knew about the wait time . and a simple it’s slow or moving steady would have sufficed.. instead she said i don’t know they don’t inform me about a wait time… she was the black lady short hair glasses sitting @ the last window to right ! when you’re already hurt , stress, depressed, unnecessary attitude is the last thing i needed !! so i just left"

"I passed out in my friends truck due to low blood sugar. He rushed me to Baptist in Jackson and was taken into the ER. About two hours later, I was told I was good to go. Walked out the ER around to the front and walked back to the ER and sat down. After sitting down I felt it coming on again and started walking towards the security desk, and passed out again. This time they keep me all week, run every test they could think of. The outcome was them telling me that we can’t find anything wrong and billed Medicare $75,000.00 for one week. Not once did they ask me if I was hurt after the fall. After that some heart doctor wanted to put a monitor in my chest to keep track, with me thinking maybe it is. Well, now he says your heart had a two second episode, and I said I still think it was my diabetes, and he said, you could be right. Health care for elderly people is how much can hospitals, and doctors can rip Medicare off for. Baptist use to be one of the best hospitals in Jackson. Not any more."
