"Lied to by pharmaceutical staff and pharmacist about the availability of medication which resulted in wasting 5 days of my time plus the time it’s going to take me to transfer my prescription again. I’ve spent hundreds monthly on a regular basis at this CVS store. Was told by staff and told that the pharmacist was aware of my situation, that everything would be fine if I had my prescription transferred to their location. I even asked that if my particular medication wasn’t available, what comparable medications were. After contacting my Practitioner to transfer the prescription and waiting 3 days, I was then told that they aren’t taking new patients. I’ll be getting information on the ones involved and taking this to someone that will deal with the situation appropriately. This CVS location if any will ever receive another penny of my money and I encourage you to take your money elsewhere also."
