"I REALLY Wish I could have given them zero stars. The er receptionist is rude, mean and unconcerned as if patients and family is invisible, will let you stand there for an hour just to press a button to open a door. Then the nurses in the er is unconcerned and selfish won't even try to make it easy for the families or the patients in a life threatening situation just plain unconcerned it's sad it's not a good place to take your family members if you can pass this place keep going."
"I can in for just a flu shot and that's what I got just a flu shot. They billed Medicare and I for a Dr. visit. Never saw a Dr. You are not required to have a referral for a flu shot. This is not over."
"This is the worst place I've ever been to. The doctor is so rude he won't listen to anyone he thinks you are telling him he don't know what he's talking about. People were screaming for help. They were rude to them. The front desk guy was the rudest of them all, he was constantly hounding me for my insurance, I was in excruciating pain told him I'd be happy to give it after. When I said it was on my phone he had an attitude, my birthday was wrong and they didn't even verify my birthdate, the X-ray tech and the nurse with the black hat tall man were the nicest out of everyone and actually felt like they cared I don't recommend any one to go here those two nurse need a better job because they actually did their jobs"
"Ok I’ve been her multiple times because it’s close to where I live but a few weeks ago my step dad came in in pain. They took him to his room and said they needed a urine sample. He says ok but I can’t pee right now the guy was VERY rude and says ok well idk what to tell you then sir you’ve got to pee. So my step dad was like well it’s got to wait a few minutes to the nurse says well sir I’m not waiting all night and left the room! He came back an about 30 minutes later and (he has the sample ready) the nurse says OK SIR HOW HARD WAS THAT! I don’t know what the nurses name was but he was extremely rude! I’m back today with my mom and this room is disgusting it is very unsanitary! The nurses are actually pretty good today but something needs to be done about this place! People need to understand this is a HOSPITAL! That’s nasty! Signs everywhere that say “must wear mask” (for covid) but we wear ours here so we don’t leave sicker!"
"I was experiencing severe stomach pain during the middle of the night. I went to the E.R. here on 3 occassions because it was the closest to my house. The first time I mostly talked to the nurse and saw the doctor maybe 3 minutes. He had no idea what was wrong with me so he simply said there's an issue with your stomach. He gave me prescriptions for several bottles of pills. My second visit, there were no pillows so the nurse folded a blanket to put behind my head. The doctor ordered a CT scan and diagnosed me with a deadly kidney disease. Again I was sent home with prescriptions. I ended up not having anything wrong with my kidneys. The third visit I came into the waiting room in the worst pain yet. There was only one other person waiting. I came to the counter in obvious turmoil. The receptionist was baby talking a man to come out of the back area. He didn't want to leave. This went on maybe 20 minutes. When he finally left the girl didn't come back to the counter. I started yelling hello? Somebody please! She took forever to check me in. When I got to my room the doctor saw me but they kept leaving me alone. By this time the pain was excruciating. I was crying and saying Somebody please help me. I got out of the bed and threw up in the garbage. Finally the doctor came back and said he was shocked that the other 2 doctors didn't realize that I had severe gastritis. He gave me morphine and I was sent home. I eventually went to Oxford and I was taken care of. I actually had gallstones. If you want to live, please just go to Oxford."
