"This pharmacy is extremely rude to deal with. I will never order from them again. They accused me of lying and would not take accountability for their part in the wrong order being filled. My doctor sent in the wrong script but I went over what medication was supposed to be filled with Payton H before I placed the order. She confirmed it was for the correct medication but I was subsequently sent the wrong medication and charged $150. I called to see if the correct medication could be filled and was treated very poorly by the supervisor who said I was lying about confirming the correct medication was being filled with Payton H and they would not give me any credit for the amount I paid for the incorrect medication."

"I have had an excellent experience with this pharmacy. I so appreciate getting tirosint shipped to my home. I usually text to refill. When I have called, it is easy to connect with someone who can help..thanks!! The price is so much better too."

"This pharmacy used to provide great service. Unfortunately, it appears that they have a new pharmacy technician who is extremely unprofessional and argumentative and a pharmacist, Chris Pierce, who does not take ownership of pharmacy mistakes. The level of service has severely declined since I became a customer of theirs. Unfortunately, I am left without the critical medication that I need and I am unsure of when I will actually receive it. As well, I am deeply offended by the manner in which I was treated when I expressed my concerns to the actual pharmacist, in hopes for a resolution. At one point, the pharmacist even suggested that my request for his name was "a game". Just completely insulting and conveniently, the calls are not recorded. I never leave reviews but I am highly disappointed in this poor level of service. Highland is postured to improve patient access to healthcare but instead, it is apparent that they are much more concerned about their bottom line. I can't trust this type of pharmacy with my medications anymore nor my health and I am switching pharmacies."
